When someone comes in saying, “I need to get my life together” it typically means they are not living in a way that honors their core beliefs and values. Movement happens when a person is so uncomfortable in their current situation that something must change. I have seen many people come into my office for their first session looking anxious, overwhelmed, or defeated but over time their body language changes, their confidence grows and they leave feeling empowered to take on the challenges they will inevitably face.
