Fill out the contact page below. After we will match you with an available therapist and reach back out to you, this usually takes 24-48 business hours.

While you wait for our response, reach out to your insurance directly to determine what your policy covers and obtain information on your copay and deductible. You will want to make sure the NPI 1720556905 is in network.

3.

Once you are matched with a therapist they will get you scheduled and send the portal link for you to complete the intake forms. The length of time this takes depends on therapist availability and scheduling.
